Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Rajat’s actions lead Savi to compromise her self-respect

Kiyaan insists that Rajat confirm his willingness to comply. Rajat reassures him that he would do anything for Kiyaan’s happiness and requests that Kiyaan call him “Papa.” Kiyaan ends the call abruptly. Upon returning home, Rajat overhears Savi discussing matters with her school principal, declaring they will not tolerate any nonsense from fathers. This memory prompts him to reflect on their earlier argument, leading him to jot down “Dinner tonight at 8 p.m.” on a board.

Sai convinces Savi for a family outing:
Savi, wiping it off, questions Rajat’s sanity, reminding him that he had scolded her previously and now seems to want dinner together. In response, Rajat clarifies that it’s a family dinner, not a date, and notes that Sai will join them. When Sai enters, she asks what Rajat is writing. He explains that he is trying to persuade Savi to agree to the dinner, but she has refused. Sai steps in to help convince Savi.

Arriving at the restaurant, they find out about a pizza-making contest for children, and the manager takes Sai to participate. Meanwhile, Savi notices Rajat’s nervousness and asks if he’s awaiting someone. He denies it. Just then, Kiyaan walks in, and Rajat greets him, prompting Savi to apologise to Kiyaan for scolding him at the dandiya event. Shocked, Savi questions if she was wrong to correct Kiyaan and insists that it’s the responsibility of elders to teach the young respect.

Savi apologises to Kiyaan for Sai:
Despite Rajat’s insistence for Savi to apologise, Kiyaan calls for Ashika and Arsh, demanding that Savi apologise not just to him, but to his mother as well, as she insulted her in front of Tara aunty. Rajat pressures Savi further to apologise to Kiyaan. Caught in a dilemma, Savi ultimately decides to prioritise Sai’s happiness, saying she’s sorry for standing up to Kiyaan, even if he was in the wrong, stressing that it’s his parents’ duty to correct him.

Kiyaan then demands that Savi also apologise to his mother. Reluctantly, she extends her apologies to Ashika, who forgives her. Noticing this, Sai enters the scene. Kiyaan, pleased, suggests that they all enjoy their dinner together before leaving with Ashika and Arsh. The attandee informs them that Sai has prepared a pizza base for both her parents. Sai, however, reveals her dislike for the restaurant and expresses a desire to go home. Savi picks her up, and as they wait for the lift, Rajat offers to order ice cream for Sai since she hasn’t eaten anything. Sai declares she will never have ice cream or pizza and rushes home. Rajat contemplates how Sai perceives him as wrong, but he feels like a helpless father when it comes to Kiyaan. Meanwhile, Savi prepares milk for Sai while recalling Rajat’s disappointing actions.

Savi is heartbroken:
At the same time, Milind celebrates Shantanu landing a job at his college, treating him to sweets. Shantanu boasts about being a lenient uncle but a strict boss, while Isha adds that Shantanu is a kind teacher. Milind playfully mentions that Lucky will now be unlucky, sparking laughter among them. He later visits the Thakkars to share the good news and calls Savi to inform her about his new job. She responds with a forced smile, congratulating him but appearing visibly upset. Milind notices and takes her aside, urging her to share what’s bothering her.

Savi opens up about Rajat’s insistence on her apologising to Kiyaan and Ashika, leaving Milind shocked. He can’t believe she actually apologised. She expresses her disdain for Rajat’s behaviour but states she made the sacrifice for Sai’s happiness, feeling like she compromised her self-respect in the process. Milind encourages her to let out her feelings, and she breaks down in tears. He reassures her that being a mother is incredibly challenging and that even Rajat must feel overwhelmed with Kiyaan. He advises her to give Rajat some time. Grateful for her brother’s support, Savi thanks him for being there for her.

Savi attempts to cheer Sai up:
Later, Savi brings dinner for Sai, who claims she’s not hungry. Savi tries to cheer her up, offering her a bite, which Sai reluctantly accepts. Savi suggests it’s Rajat’s turn next, but Sai refuses, insisting that Rajat has insulted her too often. She confesses that while she used to believe Rajat loved Savi, she now feels he only humiliates her, voicing concerns that he might abandon her like Ashika did. Savi counters that Rajat loves her, even if he sometimes gets angry. She reassures Sai that Rajat’s love is evident. Sai responds, saying she loves her “Pari Mamma” but is still upset with Rajat and refuses to speak to him. Unbeknownst to them, Rajat overhears their conversation.
